Cancellation

We allow you to cancel your order within 12 hours after you place your order. In this case, if you want to cancel your order. Please contact us via email with your order information and the reason for wanting to cancel your order. Customer service will reply and cancel the order for you.

We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

7-Day Return Policy (if applicable)

We can send images of the product to you before dispatching. We do strict quality checks to ensure satisfaction. But if you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please ensure that all tags and labels are still intact.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions.

Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Note: Change of mind is not applicable.

If your item is seized by customs, stuck in mailbox, or stolen, we are not liable. Although we will try our best to assist you.

Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the required criteria. Once approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow for a processing time of up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Custom-made products are also not refundable.

In order for a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:
  • Products must be unworn and provided with the original labels.
  • Products are still in the original and undamaged box.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
  • Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs.
    To complete your return, we will require you to provide visual evidence (e.g photo, video) of the products in order to expedite the process.

*Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at store@brandybucket.com
