  • Shipping Time: 10-15 working days.

During high seasons and sales, delivery may take a bit longer. For expedited delivery (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays), place orders before 19:30 on Monday to Friday, and they will be delivered within two days.

Customs and Import Duties:

Your package may be subject to customs fees and import duties. The recipient is responsible for all incurred duties and taxes. We cannot determine these fees during checkout. The shipping duration may vary by country depending on local postal service efficiency.

Important Note on Customs Charges:

Please do not refuse the package due to customs or tax charges. The carrier cannot return items unless these fees are paid. If a package is abandoned in customs, we won’t be able to provide a refund.

Incorrect or Missing Address:

For orders returned due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. We’re happy to re-ship, but additional charges will apply.
