Cancellation:
You have a window of 12 hours after placing your order to cancel it. To initiate a cancellation, contact us via email with your order information and the reason for cancellation. Our customer service team will respond promptly and process the cancellation. Please note that once a product is shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
Returns (if applicable):
Customers have the right to apply for a return within 7 days of receiving the product. For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- Products must be unworn and have the original labels.
- Products should be in the original, undamaged box.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Worn, used, altered, or damaged merchandise will not be accepted.
- Customers will be charged shipping costs only once.

Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you a notification of receipt. We’ll also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
